摘　　要：恶性肿瘤因其发病率高、致死率高的疾病特点,已成为当前危害人类健康的首要问题。中医药治疗恶性肿瘤具有增效减毒等独特优势,王新陆教授秉持整体观念,认为恶性肿瘤是全身系统性疾病的局部表现,缘于正气亏虚不得御邪,以致浊、瘀、痰、毒聚集而成的新生物,临证时以平衡阴阳为最高准则,扶正祛邪为核心思想,提出扶养正气、调理脾胃、舒达情志、清化血浊、攻瘤解毒5项基本治疗原则。Malignant tumors,due to their high incidence and mortality rates,have become the foremost challenge threatening human health today.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)offers unique advantages in the treatment of malignant tumors,such as enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity.Professor WANG Xinlu,adhering to the holistic concept of TCM,views malignant tumors as a local manifestation of systemic diseases.He believes that these tumors arise from the inability of the body’s healthy qi to expel evil qi,leading to the accumulation of turbidity,stasis,phlegm,and toxins,ultimately forming a neoplasm.In clinical practice,he regards the balance of yin and yang as the highest guiding principle,with reinforcing healthy qi and eliminating evil qi as the core therapeutic approach.He has proposed five fundamental treatment principles:supporting and nourishing healthy qi,regulating spleen and stomach,smoothing and soothing the emotions,purifying and transforming blood turbidity,and directly attacking tumors to detoxify.
