摘　　要：总结了史锁芳教授治疗支气管扩张伴咯血的临床经验。史教授认为,支气管扩张之咯血多因火热之邪为患,与气机升降失常相关,且久病必瘀,故临证之时常以治火、治气、治血之法,调节脏腑气机升降,止血与活血并用,以六经欲解时理论治疗具有时间节律性的定时咯血,同时灵活施以太极六气针法,针药结合,为支气管扩张伴咯血的治疗提供了多种思路与方法,充分发挥了中医药的优势与特色,弥补了西医治疗支气管扩张伴咯血的不足。Professor SHI Suofang’s clinical experience in treating bronchiectasis with hemoptysis was reviewed.Professor SHI holds that the bronchiectasis with hemoptysis is mostly caused by evils of fire and heat,related to the abnormal ascending and descending of qi,and chronic diseases usually lead to blood stasis,and therefore methods for regulating fire,qi,and blood were often applied to regulate the ascending and descending of visceral qi.Stop bleeding,and activating blood are often employed in combination.According to the theory of recovery time in six meridians the periodic hemoptysis is treated.Besides,Taiji six-qi acupuncture manipulation is applied with flexibility,demonstrating the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicinals.Such treatments provides various insights and methods for the treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis,fully demonstrating advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
