摘　　要：高维滨教授以传统经络腧穴理论为经,以排尿的现代神经科学理论为纪,基于神经源性下尿路功能障碍(NLUTD)的发病机制与腧穴的特异性、神经调控效应,提出“辨病分型,精准取穴,治病求本,标本兼治”的治疗理念,主张“腧穴所在,主治所及”,以腰骶腹近部腧穴为主,形成了3个基础针方。同时,依据骨传导理论和电场学说提出“高氏电针密波骨传导假说”,针对不同疾病施以脑部电场疗法、夹脊电场疗法。Guided by traditional meridian and acupoint theory,as well as modern neuroscience principles of urination,Professor GAO Weibin has proposed a treatment concept of“disease differentiation and classification,precise acupoint selection,seeking the root cause,and treating both symptoms and underlying pathology.”This concept is based on the pathogenesis of neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunction(NLUTD)and the specificity of the acupoints and their neuroregulatory effect.He emphasizes the principle that“once the acupoint is accurately located,its indication is effectively targeted.”Professor GAO has developed three foundational acupuncture protocols primarily focusing on acupoints in the lumbosacral region of the abdomen.Additionally,based on bone conduction theory and electric field theory,he proposed the“GAO’s Electric Needle Dense-Wave Bone Conduction Hypothesis,”which applies brain electric field therapy and Jiaji(paraspinal)electric field therapy to different diseases.
