摘　　要：近年来研究表明,消化道菌群失衡与胃癌及癌前病变之间存在潜在关系。中药可以通过改变胃肠微生物群的组成、结构以及内源代谢物水平等从而影响胃肠道屏障、免疫系统和整体身体代谢,进而发挥抗肿瘤作用。此外,肠道微生物群代谢中药成分,又可增强其抗肿瘤特性。因此,探索中药与消化道菌群的相互作用为理解中药的抗肿瘤机制提供了新的视角。本文通过综述近几年有关中药干预对消化道菌群和胃癌及癌前病变发展之间的关联,为今后中药在治疗胃癌及癌前病变中的应用提供参考。参考文献54篇。Recent studies have shown that there is a relationship between gastrointestinal microbiota imbalance and gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.Chinese medicinals can affect the gastrointestinal barrier,immune system and overall body metabolism by changing the composition and structure of gastrointestinal microbiota and endogenous metabolite level,thus playing an anti-tumor role.In addition,the intestinal microbiota work on components in Chinese medicinals and enhance the anti-tumor properties.Therefore,exploring the interaction between Chinese medicinals and gastrointestinal microbiota provides a new perspective for understanding the anti-tumor mechanism of Chinese medicinals.In this paper the relationship between intervention by Chinese medicinals on gastrointestinal microbiota and the development of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in recent years was reviewed so as to provide references for the future application of Chinese medicinals in the treatment of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.The references cite 54 research papers.
