摘 要:【目的】利用非接触式雷达测流仪自动测量明渠断面过水流量,为实现合理调配水资源和节水灌溉智能化精准计量提供依据。【方法】采用流速面积法。选择宁夏惠农渠某引水系渠道顺直水流稳定的断面,将雷达测速仪设备安装在刚性桁架桥中心距渠底2.1 m和4.7 m处,利用雷达测速仪自动测得断面表面流速和中泓线水深,应用本研究建立的数模公式,计算出其断面面积及流量,与在其断面上游600 m出水管道安装的电磁流量计实测流量对比,进行流量误差分析。【结果】用雷达测流仪及其所构建数学模型计算得出的明渠流量,经与电磁流量计实测流量比测结果表明,其η取值0.014~0.026均可满足量水精度的要求。雷达测速仪安装高度为2.1 m和4.7 m处时,系统误差分别为0.89%和-0.79%,随机不确定度分别为2.22%和2.88%。若全断面预制混凝土板砌护η取值0.020测算结果更为精确。综合比测流量精度达95%以上。【结论】应用雷达测速技术能满足灌区明渠施测流量的精度要求。通过构建数学模型计算得出平均流速,无须人工测验率定流速系数,实现自动准确测流之目的。可供较大断面明渠精准测流应用。【Objective】The radar flow meter utilizes electromagnetic waves to measure water velocity,offering an efficient,non-invasive method for water flow measurement.In this paper,we experimentally investigates its feasibility for automatically measuring the cross-section flow in open channels,in attempts to improve water resource allocation and support intelligent,precision-based water-saving irrigation systems.【Method】The velocity-area method was used in the experiment,where the radar velocimeters were installed at the heights of 2.1 m and 4.7 m above the canal bottom on a rigid truss bridge.The equipment automatically measured surface velocity and midstream depth.A mathematical model was developed to calculate the cross-sectional area and flow rate based on these measurements.The calculated flow rates were compared with those obtained from an electromagnetic flowmeter installed in a 600 m outlet pipe,upstream of the section.【Result】Comparison between flow rates measured by the radar flow meter and the electromagnetic flowmeter showed that the flow rate error ranged from 0.014 to 0.026,meeting the requirements for water flow measurement.For the radar velocimeter installed at heights of 2.1 m and 4.7 m over the bottom,their system errors were 0.89%and-0.79%,with the associated random uncertainties being 2.22%and 2.88%,respectively.For full-section precast concrete slab masonry,the measured flow rate error was 0.02.The overall accuracy of the flow measurement system exceeded 95%.【Conclusion】Radar velocity measurement technology satisfies the requirements for open channel flow in in irrigation districts.The developed model can accurately calculate average flow velocity,enables automatic,accurate flow measurements in large open channels.The system is well-suited for precise flow monitoring and management in modern irrigation systems.
