摘　　要：实事求是、科学合理地引用文献,可以提高论文的可信度、说服力和权威性,是学术期刊健康发展的内在要求。作为学术论文的重要组成部分,参考文献隐含了大量学术信息。学术期刊编辑不仅要具备深厚的专业编辑知识和审读鉴赏能力,还要具备利用参考文献甄别论文优劣的研判能力,即能够从参考文献著录项目是否齐全、格式是否正确、著录和顺序与文中标注是否对应等方面判断论文是否规范,从引文内容是否准确和完整来判定论文是否具有科学性、继承性和连续性,从参考文献数量是否合适、文献选择是否新颖、引用范围是否恰当等方面判断引用是否有效,进而甄别论文的优劣。Quoting literature scientifically and reasonably according to the actual needs of writing can improve the credi-bility,persuasion and authority of academic papers,which is an inherent requirement of the good development of academic jour-nals.As an important component of academic papers,references contain a large amount of academic information.Academic jour-nal editors need to have not only profound professional editing knowledge and reading and appreciation abilities,but also the abil-ity to judge the merits and demerits of papers by using references,which speaks that,they should be able to judge the standardi-zation of papers from whether the reference items of citation are complete,the formats are correct,or the citation and order corre-spond to the annotations in the text;they should be capable of judging the scientificity,inheritance and continuity of papers from whether the citation contents are accurate and complete;they should manage to distinguish the quality of papers according to the effectiveness of citations by judging whether the number of references is properly enough,the literature selection is novel,or the scope of citation is appropriate.
