摘　　要：腹主动脉瘤(AAA)可与人体长期共存,但当受到外界因素影响,如血压骤升、腹部受到撞击等可致动脉瘤破裂,严重者瞬间死亡,被称为人体的“定时炸弹”。95%AAA的发生发展与动脉粥样硬化相关,越来越多研究证明AAA的病理变化与炎症相关。目前AAA有效治疗方法包括外科手术及介入手术,但各自存在弊端,外科手术创伤大容易出现并发症,介入手术常有动脉瘤颈扩张形成内漏的风险。β受体阻滞剂、他汀类药物、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等被认为有助于降低心血管疾病风险,以此减缓AAA形成,但具体疗效未明确。近年来随着中医药事业的不断发展和壮大,对中医药药理研究的不断深入,中医药在很多疑难疾病的治疗中都发挥了重要的作用。鉴于目前对AAA病因的研究及现阶段存在的药物治疗难题,采取中医药作为治疗手段可视为一种积极的方法。本文就AAA的发病机制及中医药在AAA治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。Abdominal aortic aneurysms(AAA)can coexist with the human body for a long time,but when influenced by external factors,such as a sudden increase in blood pressure or a blow to the abdomen,they can rupture.In severe cases,this can lead to instantaneous death,earning them the nickname"time bombs"of the human body.95%of the development of AAA is associated with atherosclerosis,more and more studies have proved that the pathological changes of AAA are related to inflammation.At present,the effective treatments of AAA include surgery and interventional surgery,but each has drawbacks.Surgical operations often cause large trauma and are prone to complications.Interventional surgeries usually have the risk of endoleak result from aneurysm neck dilation.β-blockers,statins,angiotensin-converting enzyme Inhibitors are believed to be helpful in reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases and thus slowing down the formation of AAA,but the specific efficacy remains unclear.In recent years,with the continuous development and growth of the traditional Chinese medicine cause and the in-depth research on the pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the treatment of many difficult and complicated diseases.In view of the current research on the etiology of AAA and the existing difficulties in drug treatment at this stage,adopting traditional Chinese medicine as a means of treatment can be regarded as a positive approach.This article reviews the pathogenesis of AAA and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of AAA.
