在饲粮中添加艾草粉对散养鸡的生产性能和抗病能力的影响

摘　　要：本试验探究在饲粮中添加不同比例的艾草粉对散养鸡的生产性能和抗病能力的影响。试验将450只30日龄散养鸡随机分成3组,每组设置5个重复。对照组、试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ在散养鸡的基础饲粮中分别添加0%、1%和2%艾草粉,预试期和正试期分别设置为7 d和49 d。结果发现,试验组Ⅰ和Ⅱ较对照组散养鸡日均增重显著提高(P<0.05),且试验组Ⅰ和Ⅱ料重比显著下降(P<0.05);试验组Ⅰ和Ⅱ较对照组散养鸡腹泻率、啄癖率和死亡率均显著下降(P<0.05),且血清中IgA和IgG含量显著提高(P<0.05)。以上结果说明,在饲粮中添加一定比例艾草粉可提高散养鸡的生长性能和抗病能力,其中添加量以1%为宜。This study aimed to investigate the effects of different proportions of Ay Tsao powder(ATP)on the production performance and disease resistance of free-range chickens.A total of 45030-day old free-range chickens were randomly divided into three groups,each with 5 replicates.The control group,experimental group I,and experimental group Ⅱ were fed the base diet of free-range chickens with 0%,1%,and 2%ATP,respectively,with a pre-trial and main trial period of 7 days and 49 days,respectively.The results showed that the daily average weight gain of chickens in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly higher(P<0.05)than that in the control group,and the feed to weight ratio in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly lower(P<0.05)than that in the control group.The diarrhea rate,pecking rate,and mortality rate in experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly lower(P<0.05)than those in the control group,and the serum IgA and IgG contents were significantly higher(P<0.05).These results indicate that adding a certain proportion of ATP to the diet can improve the growth performance and disease resistance of free-range chickens,with a 1%addition being relatively appropriate.
