瑞马唑仑的药理特点及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：瑞马唑仑是一种新型超短效镇静药物,具有起效迅速和半衰期短的特点。其体内代谢不依赖肝肾功能,对呼吸和循环功能的抑制较轻,苏醒较快且质量较高,长时间连续输注不会蓄积,且可被氟马西尼快速拮抗。这些特性使其在多个领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文从瑞马唑仑的药理特点和临床应用等方面进行综述,以期为临床应用提供参考。Remazolam is a new ultra-short-acting sedative drug with rapid onset and short half-life.Its metabolism in vivo does not depend on liver and kidney function,and has less inhibition on respiratory and circulatory functions.It wakes up quickly and has a high quality.Long-term continuous infusion will not accumulate,and can be rapidly antagonized by Flumazenil.These characteristics make it have broad application prospects in many fields.This article reviews the pharmacological characteristics and clinical application of Remazolam in order to provide reference for clinical application.
