摘　　要：目的 分析2型糖尿病患者并发干眼症的影响因素。方法 选取2022年10月—2023年10月在台州市中医院就诊的50例2型糖尿病并发干眼症患者作为观察组,同期在该院就诊无眼科疾病2型糖尿病患者50例作为对照组,收集患者一般资料及相关检查结果,采用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨2型糖尿病患者并发干眼症的影响因素。结果 单因素分析结果显示,观察组和对照组糖尿病病程、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、泪膜破裂时间和泪腺分泌功能比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,糖尿病病程、胰岛素抵抗指数和泪膜破裂时间是2型糖尿病患者并发干眼症的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者并发干眼症的影响因素包括糖尿病病程、胰岛素抵抗指数和泪膜破裂时间。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of xerophthalmia in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods A total of 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with xerophthalmia who were treated in Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus without ophthalmic diseases in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The general data and related examination results of the patients were collected,and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with xerophthalmia.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the course of diabetes,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index,tear film rupture time and lacrimal gland secretion function between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the course of diabetes,insulin resistance index and tear film rupture time were influencing factors for xerophthalmia in patients with type 2 diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusions The influencing factors of xerophthalmia in patients with type 2 diabetes include the course of diabetes,insulin resistance index and tear film rupture time.
