摘　　要：目的 探讨血液透析联合血液灌流治疗肾性骨营养不良的临床效果。方法 选取第八师石河子市总医院2021年3月—2024年3月收治的46例肾性骨营养不良患者,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组(23例)和对照组(23例)。对照组采用血液透析治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用血液灌流治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、肾功能指标、血磷水平、血钙水平、甲状旁腺激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组瘙痒、骨痛、疲乏消失时间短于对照组;治疗2个月后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,血肌酐、尿素氮、β_(2)-微球蛋白、血磷、甲状旁腺激素水平低于对照组,血钙水平高于对照组;治疗期间,观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 血液透析联合血液灌流治疗肾性骨营养不良的效果显著,能快速缓解临床症状,改善肾功能和骨代谢异常,且安全性良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of renal osteodystrophy.Methods A total of 46 patients with renal osteodystrophy admitted to the Eighth Division Shihezi General Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected,and were divided into observation group(23 cases)and control group(23 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with hemoperfusion on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect,clinical symptom disappearance time,renal function index,blood phosphorus level,blood calcium level,parathyroid hormone level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of itching,bone pain and fatigue in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;after 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,β_(2)-microglobulin,blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone were lower than those in the control group,and the level of blood calcium was higher than that in the control group;during the treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of renal osteodystrophy is significantly effective,quickly alleviating clinical symptoms,improving renal function and abnormal bone metabolism,with good safety.
