天麻钩藤饮加减联合超声引导下星状神经节阻滞治疗交感神经型颈椎病的效果

摘　　要：目的 观察天麻钩藤饮加减联合超声引导下星状神经节阻滞治疗交感神经型颈椎病的效果。方法 选取2023年5月—2024年5月中卫市中宁县中医医院收治的80例交感神经型颈椎病患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同将其分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予超声引导下星状神经节阻滞治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上联合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、复发情况和神经功能恢复情况。结果 治疗30 d后,试验组总有效率高于对照组;随访期间,试验组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组日本骨科协会(JOA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30 d后,两组JOA评分均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 天麻钩藤饮加减联合超声引导下星状神经节阻滞治疗交感神经型颈椎病能提高有效率,降低复发率,并促进患者神经功能恢复。Objective To observe the effect of Modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis admitted to Zhongning County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhongwei City from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block,and the experimental group was treated with Modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,recurrence and neurological functional recovery were compared between the two groups.Results After 30 d of treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.During the follow-up period,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 30 d of treatment,the JOA scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis can improve the effective rate,reduce the recurrence rate,and promote the neurological functional recovery of patients.
