补肾活血汤联合常规降压药物治疗老年高血压肾病效果及对CRP、Cys C水平影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨补肾活血汤联合常规降压药物治疗老年高血压肾病效果及对C反应蛋白(CRP)、胱抑素C(Cys C)水平影响。方法 选取2022年9月—2023年10月镇安县中医医院收治的100例老年高血压肾病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规降压药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾活血汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压、24 h尿微量蛋白(m Alb)、尿白蛋白与肌酐比值(UACR)、CRP、Cys C水平,以及治疗后临床效果、治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,两组血压和CRP、Cys C水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组;两组24 h尿m Alb、UACR水平均较治疗前降低,观察组24 h尿m Alb水平低于对照组;观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均未见明显不良反应。结论 补肾活血汤联合常规降压药物治疗老年高血压肾病患者可加强临床效果,稳定血压水平,延缓肾功能恶化进程,改善预后,且安全性较好。Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs on elderly hypertensive nephropathy and its effect on C reactive protein(CRP)and cystatin C(Cys C)level.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted to Zhen'an County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure,24 h urine microalbumin(mAlb),urine albumin creatine ratio(UACR),CRP and Cys C levels before and after treatment,the clinical effect after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood pressure and the levels of CRP and Cys C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group;the levels of 24 h urine mAlb and UACR in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of 24 h urine mAlb in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive nephropathy can strengthen the clinical effect,stabilize the blood pressure level,delay the deterioration of renal function,improve the prognosis,and have good safety.
