摘　　要：目的 观察调督安神针刺治疗中风后失眠的临床效果。方法 选取2021年9月—2023年8月北京中医医院延庆医院脑病科收治的60例中风后失眠患者作为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予艾司唑仑片口服治疗,试验组给予调督安神针刺治疗,比较两组睡眠情况、临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,试验组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数各维度评分和总分均低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 调督安神针刺治疗中风后失眠的临床效果显著,可改善患者的睡眠质量和日间功能,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tiaodu Anshen acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia after stroke.Methods From September 2021 to August 2023,a total of 60 patients with insomnia after stroke admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy,Yanqing Hospital of Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Estazolam Tablets orally,and the experimental group was treated with Tiaodu Anshen acupuncture.The sleep status,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of each dimension and total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of Tiaodu Anshen acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia after stroke is significant,which can improve the sleep quality and daytime function of patients,and has high safety.
