针对性护理在2型糖尿病患者CT冠状动脉造影检查中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨针对性护理在2型糖尿病患者CT冠状动脉造影检查中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年5月—2023年5月金乡县人民医院收治的行CT冠状动脉造影检查的2型糖尿病患者86例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用针对性护理。比较两组患者造影成像质量、负性情绪、检查依从性、对护理满意度及CT冠状动脉造影知识掌握程度。结果 护理后,两组患者焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组;观察组造影成像质量、检查总依从性,对健康宣教、护理能力、服务态度和环境管理满意度,以及CT冠状动脉造影检查目的、检查配合要点和检查后注意事项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对性护理能够提升2型糖尿病患者CT冠状动脉造影检查的造影成像质量,缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高其检查依从性和对护理满意度,促进其对CT冠状动脉造影知识掌握。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in CT coronary angiography of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who underwent CT coronary angiography in Jinxiang People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing on the basis of the control group.The imaging quality of angiography,negative emotion,examination compliance,nursing satisfaction and knowledge of CT coronary angiography were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group;the imaging quality of angiography,total compliance of examination,satisfaction with health education,nursing ability,service attitude and environmental management,as well as the purpose of CT coronary angiography,key points of examination cooperation and precautions after examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing can improve the imaging quality of CT coronary angiography in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,relieve patients'anxiety and depression,improve their examination compliance and nursing satisfaction,and promote their mastery of CT coronary angiography knowledge.
