改良局部氧气治疗在新生儿尿布皮炎护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察改良局部氧气治疗在新生儿尿布皮炎护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年8月—2022年8月在中山大学附属第一医院出生的60例尿布皮炎新生儿,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规局部氧气治疗,观察组采用改良局部氧气治疗,比较两组患儿肛周皮肤红疹面积消退50%时间和护理效果。结果 护理后,观察组肛周皮肤红疹面积消退50%时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 改良局部氧气治疗在新生儿尿布皮炎护理中的应用效果显著,可缩短患儿肛周皮肤红疹面积消退时间,提高护理总有效率。Objective To observe the application effect of modified local oxygen therapy in the nursing of neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods A total of 60 neonates with diaper dermatitis born in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional local oxygen therapy,and the observation group was treated with modified local oxygen therapy.The time of 50%disappearance of perianal skin red rash area and nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the time of 50%disappearance of perianal skin red rash area in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of modified local oxygen therapy in the nursing of neonatal diaper dermatitis is significant,which can shorten the disappearance time of perianal skin red rash area and improve the total effective rate of nursing.
