摘　　要：目的 分析计划、执行、检查和改进(PDCA)循环管理在药品管理中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析安顺市妇幼保健院药剂科报损数据资料,选取参与药品管理的4个科室及4名管理人员,将2019年1—12月实施基本管理模式设为对照组,报损数据资料279条;将2020年1—12月实施PDCA循环管理模式设为观察组,报损数据资料279条。比较2种管理模式的药品报损情况、药品管理质量、管理人员工作满意度。结果 观察组药品报损率低于对照组,普通药品管理、急救药品管理和特殊药品管理评分高于对照组,管理人员药品临床供应、药房环境和工作舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理在药品管理中的应用效果较好,可降低药品报损率,提升药品管理质量,提高管理人员工作满意度,保障临床安全用药。Objective To analyze the application effect of plan-do-check-action(PDCA)cycle management in drug management.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the drug loss data of the Department of Pharmacy of Anshun Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Four departments and four managers involved in drug management were selected.The basic management model implemented from January to December 2019 was set as the control group,with 279 pieces of loss data;the PDCA cycle management model implemented from January to December 2020 was set as the observation group,with 279 pieces of loss data.The drug loss situation,drug management quality,and job satisfaction of managers were compared between the two management models.Results The drug loss rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the scores of generic drug management,emergency drug management,and special drug management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of clinical drug supply,pharmacy environment and work comfort of managers were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of PDCA cycle management in drug management is good,which can reduce the drug loss rate,improve the quality of drug management,improve the job satisfaction of managers,and ensure the safe use of drugs in clinic.
