摘　　要：目的 探讨品管圈活动在降低住院患者静脉血标本检验前退回率中的应用效果。方法 以2023年1—12月上海市第十人民医院崇明分院检验科信息系统中住院患者静脉血标本为研究对象。2023年1—3月纳入的住院患者静脉血标本未实施品管圈活动,即活动前;2023年4—9月纳入的住院患者静脉血标本实施品管圈活动,即活动期间;2023年10—12月纳入的住院患者静脉血标本为品管圈实施后,即活动后。比较品管圈活动前后住院患者静脉血标本检验前退回率、目标达成率、目标进步率、2023年不同季度静脉血标本检验前退回率变化趋势及圈员综合能力水平。结果 品管圈活动前总送检静脉血标本95 517份,检验前退回277份,静脉血标本检验前退回率为0.29%;品管圈活动后总送检静脉血标本78 515份,检验前退回89份,静脉血标本检验前退回率为0.11%。本次品管圈活动目标达标率为106%,目标进步率为62%。品管圈活动后静脉血标本检验前退回率低于活动前,差异有统计学意义(χ2=64.073,P<0.001),且超过设定的改进目标值。品管圈活动前后各季度静脉组标本检验前退回率呈现下降趋势。品管圈活动后全体圈员综合能力水平6个方面总分及平均分均高于活动前。结论 品管圈活动能够降低住院患者静脉血标本检验前退回率,有效提高团队成员综合能力。Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control circle activities in reducing the return rate of venous blood samples before examination in hospitalized patients.Methods The venous blood samples of inpatients in the laboratory information system of Chongming Branch of Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were taken as the research object.The venous blood samples of inpatients included from January to March 2023 did not implement the quality control circle activity,which is before the activity;the venous blood samples of inpatients included from April to September 2023 implemented the quality control circle activity,which is during the activity;the venous blood samples of inpatients included from October to December 2023 were implemented after the crown ring,which is after the activity.The return rate of venous blood before examination,target achievement rate,target progress rate,change trend of venous blood sample return rate before examination in different quarters of 2023 and comprehensive ability level of circle members before and after quality control circle activities were compared.Results Before the quality control circle activity,a total of 95517 venous blood samples were sent for inspection,and 277 were returned before examination,with a return rate before examination of 0.29%.After the quality control circle activity,a total of 78515 venous blood samples were sent for inspection,and 89 were returned before examination,the return rate of venous blood samples before examination was 0.11%.The target compliance rate of this quality control circle activity was 106%,and the target progress rate was 62%.The return rate of venous blood samples before examination after the quality control circle activity was lower than that before the quality control circle activity,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=64.073,P<0.001),which exceeded the set improvement target value.The return rate of venous blood samples before examination in each quarter showed a downw
