摘　　要：研究聚焦体育文化层面的世界城市,首先对“世界体育城市”进行定义,识别其涵盖多元主体的城市联系框架,并基于2008-2022年4个奥运周期国际体育组织及国际体育赛事的全球分布数据,构建体育文化型世界城市网络,探讨世界体育城市的层级结构与演化趋势。研究认为:1)世界体育城市形成了全球中心城市-专业性中心城市-区域性中心城市-国家中心城市-专业性城市的五级层级体系;2)在世界体育城市层级结构中存在着不稳定的层级差异,高层级的城市联系和城市节点较为稳定,而低层级的城市联系和城市节点则呈现出较强的可变性;3)在城市网络中,不同主体对不同级别世界体育城市的塑造作用有所差异,城市地位提升通常需要经历举办高级别国际体育赛事(如举办奥运会)推动本国强势单项成为奥运会项目这一路径,并需要多元主体参与。研究为“流空间”时代世界体育城市的概念探讨提供了更为全面的视角,并对我国体育赛事规划与体育城市建设提出了政策建议。With a focus on sports culture,we define World Sports Cities and establish an intercity connection framework involving multiple actors.Based on the global distribution data of international sports federations and international sports events from 2008 to 2022(spanning four Olympic periods),we construct a world city network from the sports dimension,as well as explore the hierarchical structure and evolution trend of World Sports Cities.Research suggests that:1)A five-tier structure of world sports cities has formed,which includes global central cities,specialized central cities,regional central cities,national central cities,and specialized cities;2)the hierarchical structure of world sports cities exhibits“hierarchical differences in instability”,where higher-level city connections and nodes maintain relative stability,while lower-level connections and nodes show greater variability;3)within the city networks,different actors have varying impacts on shaping world sports cities at different levels.The elevation of a specific city’s status typically follows a trajectory of hosting high-level international sports events such as hosting Olympic Games,promoting the country’s dominant sports to be included as Olympic disciplines,and this process involves the participation of multiple actors.This study establishes a comprehensive framework for conceptualizing world sports cities in the space of flows era,and put forward policy suggestions for the planning of sports event and construction of sports cities in China.
