摘　　要：在全球航运领域节能减排的大背景下,交通运输绿色低碳转型成为战略需要和刚性需求,发展船用绿色可替代能源已成为一项至关重要的任务。通过梳理船用液化天然气(LNG)港外锚地加注的优势,分析舟山船用LNG港外锚地加注产业进一步发展面临的挑战,提出相应的对策建议,为推动船舶清洁燃料利用、航运业绿色低碳转型和国家能源结构调整提供借鉴和参考。Under the background of energy conservation and emission reduction in the global shipping industry,the green and low-carbon transformation of transportation has become a strategic and rigid demand.Developing green alternative energy for ships has become a crucial task.Based on a review of the advantages of liquefied natural gas(LNG)refueling at offshore anchorage,the paper analyzes the challenges faced by the further development of the refueling industry in Zhoushan,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to provide reference and guidance for promoting the utilization of clean fuels on board ships,promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the shipping industry,and adjusting the national energy structure.
