摘　　要：信息技术的飞速发展使得海事领域正经历一场前所未有的数字化革命。曾经在海上航行不可或缺的传统纸质海图,正逐渐让位于电子海图显示与信息系统(ECDIS)和电子航海图(ENC)。通过详述纸质海图的现状、电子海图的兴起与发展、国际组织和部分国家海道测量机构的策略调整,提出对策和建议,旨在为海事行业和相关利益方提供参考和建议。With the rapid development of the information technology,the maritime domain is undergoing an unprecedented digital revolution.Traditional paper charts,once an indispensable tool for maritime navigation,are gradually giving way to the Electronic Chart Display and Information System(ECDIS)and official Electronic Navigational Charts(ENC).This paper reviews the current status of paper charts,the rise and development of electronic charts,the strategic adjustments of international organizations and some national hydrographic agencies,and puts froward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to provide reference and suggestions for the maritime industry and related stakeholders.
