航标数量与腹地经济协同发展的贡献度分析

摘　　要：通过对东海航海保障中心连云港航标处下属某基层航标管理站(以下简称航标站)2005—2022年辖区航标配布数量进行采集、查询属地区级(以下简称腹地)经济发展各项指标,选择计量分析模型探讨两者间协同发展的定量关系。研究结果表明,在灰色关联分析法中,该航标站航标数量与腹地第二产业增加值的关联系数最高,通过边际作用分析说明2022年该航标站根据实际需求布设1座效能好的航标,腹地第二产业增加值相应增加1.26亿元。弹性作用结果表明2022年航标与辖区经济系数为1.79,其经济意义是航标数量每增长1%,腹地第二产业增加值将增长1.79%。This paper collects the distribution quantity of AtoNs from 2005 to 2022 of a grass-roots AtoN management station(hereinafter referred to as the AtoN station)under the Lianyungang AtoN Division of Eastern Navigation Service Center,and makes enquiries into the various indicators of economic development at the territorial district level(hereinafter referred to as the hinterland),and selects a econometric analysis model to explore the quantitative relationship between the two for coordinated development.The research results show that in the gray correlation analysis method,the correlation coefficient between the number of AtoNs of the station and the added value of the secondary industry in the hinterland is the highest.The marginal effect analysis shows that in 2022 when the station set up a beacon with good efficiency according to the actual demand,the added value of the secondary industry in the hinterland increased by 126 million yuan accordingly.The result of the elastic effect shows that the economic coefficient between AtoN and the economy in the area under jurisdiction in 2022 is 1.79,and its economic significance is that for every 1%increase in the number of AtoNs,the added value of the secondary industry in the hinterland will increase by 1.79%.
