摘 要:以港珠澳大桥为例,结合目前桥区及其毗邻水域的实际情况和存在问题,提出未来桥区的航海保障服务方向:风险预警、风险规避和多模态下智能协同。并相继提出开发基于谱聚类和基于卷积双向长短期记忆神经网络(CNN-BiLSTM)的多船型桥区通航风险实时预测模型;通过补充智能预警设备优化基于远程视频监控的智能防撞预警系统;建立多模态下的智能协同支持保障系统,解决不同服务信息交叉重叠、难以协同而容易引起的船舶误判问题,进一步提升桥区航保智能化水平。Using the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge for a case study,this paper examines the current conditions and existing challenges of the bridge area and its adjacent waters.It proposes future directions for navigation services in the bridge area,focusing on risk pre-warning,risk avoidance,and intelligent collaboration under multimodal conditions.Specifically,it suggests developing a real-time navigation risk prediction model for multiple ship types based on spectral clustering and Convolutional Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(CNN-BiLSTM)networks.Additionally,it advocates optimizing the intelligent collision pre-warning system,which relies on remote video monitoring through incorporating supplementary intelligent pre-warning devices.Furthermore,the paper proposes establishing an intelligent collaborative support system under multimodal conditions to address issues such as overlapping and uncoordinated service information,which may lead to misjudgments of ships.It aims to further enhance the intelligence level of maritime services for the bridge area.
