摘　　要：总体国家安全观视域下,提高大学生网络信息安全素养是适应国内外形势变化、增强国家安全观认同、建设国家安全队伍的需要。新时代,培养大学生网络信息安全素养面临着西方敌对势力网络渗透、网络环境下大学生群体特征所带来的负面影响和高校社会化程度不断加深等新挑战。基于此,高校可从执行、内容与调节三个维度着手,构建“三位一体”培养体系、提高安全教育内容针对性、网络安全教育实效性,以达到培育大学生网络信息安全素养的目的。From the perspective of the overall national security concept,improving the network information security literacy of college students is necessary to adapt to changes in domestic and international situations,enhance national security awareness,and build a national security team.However,in the new era,cultivating the network information security literacy of college students faces new challenges such as the infiltration of Western hostile forces,the negative impact of the characteristics of college student groups in the online environment,and the deepening degree of socialization in universities.Based on this,universities can start from three dimensions,execution,content,and regulation,to improve the utilization of educational resources on campus,the pertinence of security education content,and the effectiveness of network security education,in order to cultivate the network information security literacy of college students.
