摘　　要：自新质生产力被提出以来,一直备受学术界关注。但是学界对习近平总书记关于新质生产力重要论述的认识和理解还有待深入,对新质生产力与相关概念的关系也尚未完全厘清。要全面认识和科学理解新质生产力必须阐明其与相关概念的关系:新质生产力决定新型生产关系,新型生产关系反作用于新质生产力,发展新质生产力,必须构建与之相适应的新型生产关系。新质生产力符合新发展理念,摆脱了传统生产力的发展路径,是科技创新和产业创新深度融合的产物。新质生产力展现载体不仅包括经过改造升级的传统产业、新兴产业、未来产业等,还涵盖现代产业体系。新型工业化是新质生产力在工业领域的应用和发展,是发展新质生产力的主阵地。新质生产力本身就是绿色生产力,更是先进生产力、现实生产力和社会生产力的核心组成部分,代表生产力的发展水平和发展方向。Since the introduction of the concept of new quality productive forces,it has attracted significant attention from the academic community.However,the current understanding and interpretation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourses on new quality productive forces need to go further.The relationship between new quality productive forces and related concepts has not yet been fully clarified.To achieve a thorough and scientific understanding of new quality productive forces,it is essential to elucidate their relationship with related concepts:new quality productive forces determine new production relations,while new production relations,in turn,react upon new quality productive forces.To develop new quality productive forces,it is necessary to construct corresponding new production relations.New quality productive forces align with the new development philosophy,breaking away from the development path of traditional productive forces,and are the products of deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation.The carriers of new quality productive forces not only include transformed and upgraded traditional industries,emerging industries,and future industries,but also encompass the modern industrial system.New industrialization represents the application and development of new quality productive forces in the industrial sector,serving as the main battleground for their development.New quality productive forces inherently embody green productivity and are core components of advanced productivity,actual productivity,and social productivity,representing the level and direction of productive force development.
