摘　　要：促进民族互嵌式社区善治是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要举措之一。作为民族互嵌式社区治理的群众基础,社区居民通过地理空间中的去“内卷化”与自发性互动、社会空间中的去“原子化”与自发性参与、文化空间中的去“极端化”与认同性共享,充分挖掘内生性动力,实践民族互嵌式社区治理的主观性建构。作为民族互嵌式社区治理的服务供给者,社区以党建引领的“精准化”治理理念、“理性化”治理体制、“生活化”价值取向,为各民族居民提供交往交流交融的便利,实践民族互嵌式社区治理的制度性建构。居民与社区的互动强化了各民族的地域认同、关系依存与文化共生,形成了结构互嵌、关系互嵌、文化互嵌的复合式互嵌格局。Promoting good governance in ethnic embedding communities among ethnic groups is one of the important measures to strengthen the sense of community for the Chinese nation.As the foundation of the masses for ethnic embedding community governance,community residents fully utilize the endogenous motivation through de-“involution”and spontaneous interaction in the geographical space,de-“atomization”and spontaneous participation in the social space,and de-“polarization”and identitysharing in the cultural space,thus practicing the subjective construction of ethnic embedding community governance.As the service provider for ethnic embedding community governance,the community,guided by the Party-building,implements a“precision”governance concept,a“rational”governance system and a“lifestyle”value orientation,providing convenience for the interaction,communication and integration of residents of all ethnic groups and practicing the institutional construction of ethnic embedding community governance.The cooperation between residents and the community strengthens the territorial identity,relational interdependence,and cultural symbiosis among various ethnic groups,forming a complex embedding pattern characterized by structural,relational,and cultural embedding.
