论范仲淹的治军之道与统兵实践

摘　　要：在北宋“崇文抑武”的国策下,“文臣统兵”的军事体制得以形成。范仲淹是北宋著名的文臣,他本着以天下为己任的儒者情怀,在国家危难之际毅然投身军旅,与韩琦等人共同领导了西北军民抗击西夏入侵的战争。在宋夏战争期间,范仲淹在继承传统优秀治军思想和对北宋军事弊政进行反思的基础上,结合指挥抗击西夏的战争实践,形成了积极防御的战略和战术,落实了慎战主和的战争理念和颇具人文主义色彩的治军之道。经过艰苦的军事斗争,范仲淹以其治军之道和统兵实践为依据,最终迫使元昊称臣议和,成功保家卫国。Under the national policy of“valuing culture over military”,the Northern Song Dynasty formed a military system of“civilian officials commanding troops”.Fan Zhongyan was a famous civil servant in the Northern Song Dynasty.With the Con⁃fucian sentiment of taking the world as his own responsibility,he resolutely joined the military during the country,s crisis and led the Northwest military and civilians to resist the invasion of Western Xia together with Han Qi and others.During the Song Xia War,Fan Zhongyan,based on inheriting the traditional excellent military governance ideas and reflecting on the military mal⁃practices of the Northern Song Dynasty,combined with his military practice of commanding the resistance against Xi Xia,formed an active defense strategy and tactics,implemented the concept of cautious and peaceful warfare,and adopted a military gover⁃nance approach with humanistic colors.After arduous military struggles,Fan Zhongyan relied on his military governance and practice of commanding troops,ultimately forcing Yuan Hao to negotiate peace with the Song Dynasty and swear allegiance,suc⁃cessfully defending his country.
