摘　　要：针对煤矿井下局部通风机的远程监控需求,本文利用西门子120OPLC和WINCC组态软件,结合MODBUS-RTU通信协议实现了局部通风机的远程监控。系统能够实时监测局部通风机的运行状态、电量参数、甲烷、温度、风筒风量等各种参数,也可实现局部通风机的远程启停、一键倒换等控制功能。In response to the remote monitoring requirements of local ventilation fans in coal mines,this article uses Siemens 120oPLC and WINCC configuration software,combined with MODBUS-RTU communication protocol to achieve remote monitoring of local ventilation fans.The system can monitor the operating status,electrical parameters,methane,temperature,and air volume of the local ventilation fan in real time,and can also achieve remote start stop,one click switching and other control functions of the local ventilation fan.
