碳中和视角下公众碳减排行为及影响因素研究

摘　　要：文章以碳中和视角下的公众为研究对象,旨在分析公众对碳排放的认知程度、碳减排行为的意愿水平、碳减排行为的参与程度和差异分析,并利用路径分析实证,对公众碳减排行为的影响因素进行研究。研究发现,公众对碳减排的认知程度较高,碳减排行为水平较低,通过碳减排意愿,进而对碳减排行为产生正向促进作用的,可以实现低碳素养、碳排放认知和碳排放后果意识。此外,影响公众减碳行为的一个重要因素是碳减排的责任意识和社会规范。由此,就减少碳排放、改善环境质量、促进可持续发展,从政府、社会、个人三个层面提出相关建议,促进全社会共同参与到碳减排行动中来,为碳中和目标的实现献计献策。This paper takes the public from the perspective of carbon neutrality as the research object,aiming to analyze the public’s cognition degree of carbon emission,willingness level of carbon emission reduction behavior,participation degree of carbon emission reduction behavior and difference analysis,and use path analysis to study the influencing factors of public carbon emission reduction behavior.It is found that the public has a higher cognition of carbon emission reduction and a lower level of carbon emission reduction behavior.If the intention of carbon emission reduction has a positive effect on carbon emission reduction behavior,low carbon cultivation,carbon emission cognition and carbon emission consequences awareness can be achieved.In addition,an important factor affecting the public’s carbon reduction behavior is the awareness of carbon emission reduction responsibility and social norms.Therefore,relevant suggestions on reducing carbon emissions,improving environmental quality and promoting sustainable development are put forward from the three levels of government,society and individuals to promote the participation of the whole society in carbon emission reduction actions and offer suggestions for the realization of carbon neutral carbon goals.
