摘  要:随着工业4.0的来临,液化天然气(LNG)接收站的数智化转型已成为行业发展的必然趋势。为解决在数智化转型中遇到的数据孤岛问题和精细化运营管理等迫切需求,文章利用开发的LNG接收站数智生产平台,汇聚生产DCS、管网DCS、能耗监测系统、生产调度系统等数据,从而构建了该系统的整体架构、数据流程,实现全流程可视化工艺建模、BOG平衡预测、外输管网智能调度、能源及设备管理、智能报表等相关功能等。经过系统上线应用,该系统取得良好的效果,有助于提升LNG接收站精细化管理水平,为LNG接收站的数智化转型提供有力支持,有望推动行业的可持续发展。With the advent of Industry 4.0,the digital and intelligent transformation of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)terminals has emerged as an inevitable trend in the industry’s development.To address the pressing issues of data silos and the need for refined operational management encountered during this transformation,the development of an LNG terminal’s digital and intelligent production platform has been undertaken.This platform integrates data from various systems,including production DCS,pipeline network DCS,energy consumption monitoring systems,and production scheduling systems,thereby establishing an overarching architecture and data flow.The platform facilitates comprehensive functionalities such as full-process visualization of process modeling,BOG balance prediction,intelligent scheduling of export pipelines,energy and equipment management,and automated report generation.Upon its implementation,the system has achieved remarkable results,significantly enhancing the level of refined management at LNG terminals.This system not only provides robust support for the digital and intelligent transformation of LNG terminals but also holds promise in driving sustainable growth within the industry.
