摘 要:针对修井设备电动化更新的需求以及普通电动修井机在推广应用中所面临的限制,修井机采用磷酸铁锂电池作为其储能系统,通过技术创新,克服了电网储能协同控制、电池管理以及在油气环境下的使用安全和现场检测评估等技术难题。由此,文章开发了电网储能联合供电的电控技术以及“智慧报警”防护体系的电池管理系统,从而在修井机上实现了电池储能技术的高效应用。现场测试表明,电储能修井机能够满足各种井况下的修井作业需求。即便在停电的情况下,该储能装置也能独立供电,确保作业的连续性。其适用范围广泛,应用前景十分广阔。Aiming at the demand for electrification of well repair equipment and the limitations faced by ordinary electric well repair machines in popularization and application,the well repair machine adopts lithium iron phosphate battery as its energy storage system,and through technological innovation,it overcomes the technical difficulties of cooperative control of grid energy storage,battery management,as well as the safety of use in oil and gas environments and on-site inspection and evaluation.As a result,this paper developed the electronic control technology of grid energy storage joint power supply and the battery management system of the“intelligent alarm”protection system,thus realizing the efficient application of battery energy storage technology in the well dressing machine.Field tests have shown that the electric storage energy reconditioning machine is capable of meeting the requirements of well reconditioning operations under various well conditions.Even in the event of a power failure,the energy storage device can supply power independently,ensuring the continuity of operations.It has a wide range of applications and a broad application prospect.
