摘 要:换热器是关键工业设备之一,其性能一定程度上依赖于焊接工艺的质量。焊接质量监理工作是确保换热器在制造过程中达到既定质量标准的关键步骤。通过精确监控焊接过程中的各项参数及其控制,可以显著降低设备故障率,提升设备的长期运行效率和安全性。因此,对焊接质量进行严格的监督与控制,对保障和提升整体设备的质量与可靠性具有重要意义。文章通过详尽的实验设计与方法对换热器制造过程中的焊接质量进行了全面的监控与评估,揭示了焊接参数对接头质量的影响,并提出了优化建议,为提高换热器焊接质量提供了科学依据和实践指导。Heat exchanger is one of the key industrial equipment,and its performance depends on the quality of welding process.Welding quality supervision is a key step in ensuring that heat exchangers meet established quality standards during the manufacturing process.By accurately monitoring and controlling various parameters during the welding process,the equipment failure rate can be significantly reduced,and the long-term operational efficiency and safety of the equipment can be improved.Therefore,strict supervision and control of welding quality are of great significance for ensuring and improving the overall quality and reliability of equipment.This paper comprehensively monitors and evaluates the welding quality during the manufacturing process of heat exchangers through detailed experimental design and methods,revealing the influence of welding parameters on joint quality,and proposing optimization suggestions,providing scientific basis and practical guidance for improving the welding quality of heat exchangers.
