海上平台生产水处理常见问题与改进方法研究

摘  要:受海上平台作业环境以及作业条件等因素的限制,生产水处理过程中不可避免地会遇到各种问题,影响处理系统的稳定运行。基于海上油田作业实际,针对生产水设备处理效率低、生产水入舱温度过高、核桃壳过滤器滤料流失以及生产水系统腐蚀、结垢等常见问题,在深度分析问题原因的基础上探讨了对应的改进方法,并形成了成熟的解决方案,保证生产水系统的稳定运行,助力油田高效开发。Due to the limitations of the working environment and conditions of offshore platforms,various problems are inevitably encountered during the production water treatment process,which affects the stable operation of the treatment system.Based on the actual operation of offshore oil fields,in response to common problems such as low treatment efficiency of production water equipment,high temperature of production water entering the tank,loss of filter material from walnut shell filters,and corrosion and scaling of production water systems,corresponding improvement methods were explored on the basis ofin-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,and mature solutions were formed to ensure the stable operation of production water systems and assist in the efficient development of oil fields.
