摘  要:塔西南山前多口井中上部大井眼井段因钻遇破碎性地层井壁出现了严重的掉块、垮塌情况,导致阻卡频繁、卡钻事故的发生,钻井提速制约严重。统计分析区块破碎性地层复杂情况,古近系地层破碎发育,二叠系火成岩非均质性、软弱结构面发育,奥陶系、寒武系地层多尺度裂缝发育,二叠系及以下地层主要受挤压构造影响地层破碎、应力集中、胶结性差、结构松散、地层倾角大,剪切破坏性质强烈,导致井壁失稳垮塌发生情况。针对破碎性地层安全高效钻进,钻井液采取集中封堵技术、物理+化学防塌并举强化井壁力学支撑与井壁稳定,轻浆+重稠浆携砂、全程高黏切强触变性高效携岩四步法对井壁垮塌与井筒清洁进行治理,实现安全高效钻井。In the upper large borehole sections of many wells in the front of the Tazhong South Mountain,severe wellbore blockage and collapse occurred due to drilling through fractured formations,leading to frequent sticking and stuck pipe incidents and severely restricting the drilling speed.Statistical analysis of the complex conditions of the fractured formations in the block shows that the Paleogene strata are highly fractured,the Permian igneous rocks have non-uniformity and weak structural planes,and the Ordovician and Cambrian strata have multi-scale fractures.The strata below the Permian are mainly affected by compressive structures,resulting in fractured strata,concentrated stress,poor cementation,loose structure,and large formation dip angles,with strong shear failure characteristics,causing wellbore instability and collapse.To achieve safe and efficient drilling in fractured formations,the drilling fluid adopts a combined approach of centralized plugging technology and physical and chemical wellbore stability measures to enhance mechanical support and stability of the wellbore.The four-step method of light mud+heavy thick mud for sand carrying and high viscosity,high shear force,and strong thixotropy throughout the process for efficient rock carrying is used to manage wellbore collapse and wellbore cleaning,achieving safe and efficient drilling.
