摘 要:在全球化背景下,职场正在经历快速发展,员工需要应对语言和文化的复杂性。超语实践(Translanguaging)作为一种灵活运用多语言资源的方式,尽管在教育领域已有广泛研究,但在职场中的应用仍显不足。该文探讨了超语实践在跨文化工作场所中的应用,旨在分析其如何整合多语言资源以促进沟通与协作。研究表明,超语实践不仅能够通过整合语言资源,提升团队沟通效率,还能促进员工的自我身份建构,增强其对文化差异的理解,从而改善同事间的关系,提高协作水平。同时,该文分析了文化差异可能导致的语言交流障碍,例如特定术语的意义难以传递等问题,并提出了未来研究方向,以探索超语实践在多元文化职场中的更广泛应用。In the context of globalization,the workplace is experiencing rapid development,and employees need to cope with linguistic and cultural complexity.Translanguaging is an approach that emphasizes the flexible use of linguistic resources.Although it has been widely researched in the field of multilingual education,it is also worth filling the research gap in the workplace.This paper explores the application of translanguaging in trans-cultural workplaces,aiming to analyse how it integrates multilingual resources to facilitate communication and collaboration.The research shows that translanguaging practice not only enhances team communication efficiency by integrating linguistic resources,but also facilitates employees'self-identity construction,enhances understanding of cultural differences,and thus improves relationships and collaboration among colleagues.Meanwhile,the paper analyses the linguistic communication barriers that may result from cultural differences,such as the difficulty in conveying the meaning of specific terms and proposes future research directions to explore the wider application of translanguaging practices in the multicultural workplace.
