工业遗产活化视角下的图书馆功能再发现——以长沙黑石铺工业遗产片区为例

摘　　要：该文对工业遗产资源活化在目前城市复兴背景下暂未被国内大多数地区纳入图书馆职责工作范围的问题进行研究。该文以长沙黑石铺工业遗产片区为例,立足于湖南图书馆工作实践,从图书馆理事会的作用发挥、“藏书于民”活动服务范围的拓展和文创产品研发的细化具化三个层面,探讨了长沙黑石铺工业遗产资源活化与湖南图书馆功能进行有机结合的策略,期待为赓续长沙城市文脉保留乡愁、强化图书馆与社会力量的合作,以及促进工业遗产与图书馆功能的融合与发展提供一些参考。以期让图书馆通过提高工业遗产的保护水平和自己的运营效率,为公众提供更加丰富的阅读学习资源和便捷高效的服务体验。In view of the problem that the activation of industrial heritage has not been brought into the scope of library work in most areas under the background of current urban revival,this paper takes the industrial heritage of the Heishipu Industrial Heritage Area in Changsha as an example.Based on the working practice of Hunan Library,the paper probes into the strategies of the organic combination of the activation of the industrial heritage of the Heishipu Area and the functions of the library from the following three aspects.The first is the exertion of the functions of the library council,the second is the expansion of the service scope of Cang Shu Yu Min Project(Book collection for the people),and the third is the research and development of the cultural and creative products.The paper is expected to provide some references for keeping homesickness in urban context,strengthening the cooperation between libraries and social forces,and promoting the integration and development of industrial heritage and library functions.
