摘  要:【目的】明确蓝莓在不同铁素环境中的生长和营养特性及其对菌根真菌Phialocephala的响应特征,为探索生产中蓝莓缺铁问题的成因及可能的解决方案提供依据。【方法】以一年生盆栽蓝莓‘薄雾’苗为试材,在正常铁(M2)、难溶铁(M3)及缺铁(M0)3种环境下以及该铁素环境下接种Phialocephala(M2J、M3J、M0J)培养180 d后,测定和分析蓝莓苗的生长发育和营养特性。【结果】M2苗生长健壮,枝叶和根系状态最好,株高、基径、根长及根表面积均最大,M0和M3出现新生叶失绿、卷曲等症状;M2根系的Mg和Fe含量均显著高于M0和M3,M0根系的P和K含量显著高于M2和M3,M3各部位的Mn含量均显著高于M0和M2;蓝莓苗的枝长、基径均与P和Zn含量呈显著正相关关系,基径与Mn含量呈显著负相关关系,根系生长指标与除P和Mn外的其他营养元素含量均呈显著正相关关系。接种后,Phialocephala对蓝莓苗的侵染率达57.14%~63.46%,M0J和M3J仍出现新生叶失绿、卷曲等症状,M2J单株生物量增大;各接菌处理根长较未接种处理显著增长;各接菌处理叶和茎中的N含量显著下降,根系中的K和Mn含量显著上升;M2J茎、叶中的Mg、Fe和Zn含量以及M3J根系中的N、P和Fe含量均显著上升;苗的枝长和基径均与N含量呈显著正相关关系,根长和根表面积与N、P、K、Mg含量呈显著正相关关系。【结论】缺铁和难溶铁环境会抑制蓝莓苗的生长;接种菌根真菌Phialocephala显著提升了正常铁环境下的植株生物量及所有处理的根长,在一定程度上有利于蓝莓苗对营养元素的利用。【Objective】The growth and nutritional characteristics of blueberries in different ferric environments and their response to inoculation with the mycorrhizal fungi Phialocephala were clarified to provide basis for exploring the causes andpossible solutions to the iron deficiency problem of blueberries in production. 【Method】One-year potted blueberry'Misty' seedlings were used as the tested materials to analyze its growth and nutritional characteristics after cultivation inthree ferric environments, namely normal iron (M2), only insoluble iron (M3) and iron deficiency (M0), as well asinoculation with the fungi Phialocephala (M2J, M3J, and M0J) in these ferric environments for 180 d. 【Result】M2seedlings were robust, with the best branching and rooting condition, with highest plant height, basal diameter ,root length,and root surface area, while M0 and M3 showed symptoms of green loss of neophyte leaf and curling;N, K, Mg, Fe and Zncontents were significantly higher in the root of seedlings from M2 than that from M0 and M3, P content was significantlyhigher in the root of seedlings from M0 than that from M2 and M3, and Mn content was significantly higher in all parts ofseedlings from M3 than that from M0 and M2;branch length and basal diameter of blueberry seedlings were significantlypositively correlated with P and Zn contents, basal diameter was significantly negatively correlated with Mn content, and rootgrowth indicators were significantly positively correlated with all nutrient contents except P and Mn. Inoculation withPhialocephala fungi resulted in 57.14%-63.46% infestation rate, M0J and M3J still showed symptoms of neonate chlorosisand curling, and increased monoculture biomass of M2J;root length increased significantly in all treatments compared to theuninoculated treatment;the N content in leaves and stems of seedlings in all treatments decreased significantly afterinoculation, while the P and Mn contents in roots increased significantly;Fe, Zn and Mn contents in stems and leaves of M2Jseedlings
