天津青年会对西北旱灾的赈济

摘　　要：1930年西北地区旱灾日益严重,陕甘灾民食不果腹,四处逃荒,无以为继。天津青年会面对如此惨烈的灾荒,积极投身慈善事业,成立西北筹赈会专职劝募,在赈济活动中提倡“爱人、救世”思想并贯彻先进的赈济理念,采取多种劝募措施,动员社会贤达奉献资源赈济灾民。在天津青年会的引领下,西北筹赈会会员采取公开讲演、组织义务戏、义卖等措施积极劝募,在救济灾民、稳定灾区秩序等方面作出重要贡献。天津青年会在赈济实践中承担的部分社会服务和调节等公共职能,在一定程度上弥补了政府职能的缺失,同时其救济实践又将慈善精神远传,吸引更多人投身救济事业,推动了天津及西北地区慈善事业的发展。In 1930,the drought in northwest China became more and more serious,and the victims in Shaanxi and Gansu could not eat enough and fled everywhere.In the face of such a tragic disaster,Tianjin Youth Association actively engaged in social charity relief,established the Northwest Relief Association full-time fundraising,advocated the idea of"love,save the world"and implemented advanced relief concepts in relief activities,and adopted various fundraising measures to mobilize social talents to contribute resources and relieve victims.Under the guidance of the Tianjin Youth Association,the members of the Northwest Relief Society actively raised money by making public speeches,organizing charity sales,voluntary shows and other measures,making important contributions to the relief of victims and stabilizing the order of the disaster areas.The Tianjin Youth Association undertook some public functions such as social service and adjustment in the relief event,which made up for the lack of government functions to a certain extent.At the same time,his relief practice spread the charity spirit far,attracted more people to join the relief cause,and promoted the development of charity in Tianjin and northwest China.
