摘 要:为探究高校毕业生专业承诺、心理资本与就业焦虑的现状及三者之间的关系,并分析心理资本在两者之间的中介效应。选取陕西省某地级市大学共计380名高校毕业生为研究对象,采用专业承诺量表、积极心理资本问卷及大学生就业焦虑量表进行施测。收集被试者的性别、专业、生源地、是否单亲、是否独生子女、是否担任班干部及父母接受教育程度等基本信息,对其进行独立样本t检验、Pearson相关分析、回归分析及中介效应分析。结果表明,专业承诺与大学生就业焦虑呈显著负相关(r=-0.223,P<0.001),心理资本与大学生就业焦虑呈显著负相关(r=-0.070,P<0.001),专业承诺与心理资本呈显著正相关(r=1.404,P<0.001)。心理资本在专业承诺和就业焦虑之间起部分中介作用,效应值为-0.098,中介效应占比为43.9%。高校毕业生在就业期间,心理资本水平越低的学生,受就业焦虑困扰越大,专业承诺越低,对专业认可程度越低的学生,就业焦虑问题越突出。学校应注重毕业生专业承诺、心理资本的培养,为毕业生减缓就业焦虑提供有效、及时且全面的服务。This study investigated the current status of professional commitment,psychological capital,and employment anxiety among graduating college students,as well as the interrelationships among these variables.More specifically,it examined the mediating role of psychological capital in the link between professional commitment and employment anxiety.A total of 380 senior students from a university in a prefecture-level city in Shaanxi Province were selected as participants.They completed the Professional Commitment Scale,the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire,and the College Student Employment Anxiety Scale.Basic demographic information,including gender,major,place of origin,single-parent status,only-child status,class leadership experience,and parental educational attainment was collected,which was used to conduct independent-sample t-tests,Pearson correlation analyses,regression analyses,and mediation effect tests.The findings revealed that professional commitment was negatively associated with employment anxiety(r=-0.223,P<0.001),psychological capital was also negatively associated with employment anxiety(r=-0.070,P<0.001).and professional commitment demonstrated a positive correlation with psychological capital(r=1.404,P<0.001).Moreover,psychological capital partially mediated the relationship between professional commitment and employment anxiety,with a mediation effect value of-0.098,accounting for 43.9%of the overall effect.During the job-seeking period,students with lower psychological capital reported heightened levels of employment anxiety.Similarly,those exhibiting lower professional commitment or lesser recognition of their major faced a more pronounced anxiety challenge.Institutions of higher education should emphasize the cultivation of both professional commitment and psychological capital to provide effective,timely,and comprehensive services that help mitigate employment anxiety among graduates.
