煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔带压封孔技术优化及应用研究

摘　　要：针对含瓦斯煤层瓦斯抽采浓度和纯量低、抽采浓度衰减快的技术难题,以河南永夏矿区某矿二_(1)煤层为工程背景,该煤层采用“两堵一注”封孔方式,出现了瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔质量不高、瓦斯抽采浓度低等问题。为了解决这些难题,在原有“两堵一注”封孔方式的基础上,优化了封孔工艺、改进封孔方式,采用管柱法带压注浆封孔技术。基于矿区二_(1)煤层不同封孔方式以及瓦斯抽采效果进行对比分析,现场试验表明,二_(1)煤层工作面运输巷顺层钻孔封孔1个月内,管柱法带压封孔技术(12个钻孔)平均瓦斯抽采浓度达到了25.6%,瓦斯抽采纯量为0.0636 m^(3)/min;“两堵一注”封孔方式(7个钻孔)平均瓦斯抽采浓度为18.56%,瓦斯抽采纯量为0.0354 m^(3)/min;表明管柱法带压封孔技术抽采瓦斯浓度提高了7%左右,管柱法带压注浆封孔效果好,瓦斯抽采浓度高,达到了预期效果。Aiming at the technical problems of low concentration and purity of gas extraction and fast attenuation of gas extraction concentration in coal seam containing gas,taking the Ⅱ_(1) coal seam of a mine in Yongxia mining area of Henan Province as the engineering background,the coal seam adopted the sealing method of"two plugging and one injection",which has the problems of low sealing quality of gas extraction drilling and low gas extraction concentration.In order to solve these problems,based on the original sealing method of"two plugging and one injection",the sealing process was optimized,the sealing method was improved,and the sealing technology with pressure grouting was adopted.Based on the different sealing methods of Ⅱ_(1) coal seam in mining area and the comparative analysis of gas extraction effect,the field test showed that within one month of the drilling and sealing of the strata under the working face of Ⅱ_(1) coal seam,the average daily gas extraction concentration of the pipe column method with pressure sealing technology(12 drilling)reached 25.6%,and the gas extraction purity was 0.0636 m^(3)/min.The average gas extraction concentration of the"two plugging and one injection"sealing method(7 drilling)was 18.56%,and the gas extraction purity was 0.0354 m^(3)/min.It can be seen that the gas extraction concentration of pipe column method with pressure sealing technology has increased by about 7%,and the hole sealing effect of pipe method with pressure grouting is good,the gas extraction concentration is high,and the expected effect has been achieved.
