摘 要:采用合理的瓦斯预抽技术是瓦斯治理的有效途径,提前预抽可以较好地解决高瓦斯矿井工作面安全问题。设计了综放工作面预抽钻孔布置方案,基于数值模拟手段,采用半扇形钻孔预抽本煤层瓦斯,对蒋家河煤矿ZF201工作面瓦斯渗流规律进行研究,并结合现场实际情况,制定出合理的瓦斯预抽方案,实现了工作面的安全回采。研究表明,对于ZF201工作面,应选择半扇形钻孔与顺层平行钻孔相结合的方式进行本煤层预抽;半扇形顺层钻孔布置抽采效果明显,抽采影响范围也呈扇形状逐渐扩展,不会出现塌孔现象;钻孔越密集,煤层瓦斯压力降低越快,且影响的区域半径范围越大;煤层瓦斯压力随着抽采时间的增加总体呈现下降趋势,抽采早期瓦斯压力下降较快,抽采稳定后下降趋于平缓。现场试验结果表明,抽采稳定时,瓦斯纯量达6 m^(3)/min,抽采效果比较理想。The adoption of reasonable gas pre extraction technology is an effective way for gas control,and pre extraction can effectively solve the safety problems of high gas mine working faces.A pre extraction drilling layout plan for the fully-mechanized caving face was designed.Based on numerical simulation methods,a semi fan-shaped drilling was used to pre extract gas from the coal seam.The gas seepage law of ZF201 working face in Jiangjiahe Coal Mine was studied,and a reasonable gas pre extraction plan was developed based on the actual situation on-site,achieving safe mining of the working face.Research shows that for ZF201 working face,a combination of semi fan-shaped drilling and bedding parallel drilling should be selected for pre extraction of this coal seam;the semi fan-shaped bedding drilling arrangement method has a significant effect,and the influence range of extraction gradually expands in a fan-shaped manner,without the occurrence of collapse.The denser the drilling,the faster the rate of gas pressure reduction in the coal seam,and the larger the radius range of the affected area.The gas pressure in coal seams generally shows a downward trend with the increase of extraction time.The gas pressure decreases rapidly in the early stage of extraction,and tends to decrease gradually after stable extraction.The on-site test results show that when the extraction is stable,the gas purity reaches 6 m^(3)/min,and the extraction effect is relatively ideal.
