摘 要:煤矿胶带运输扬尘速率高、粉尘粒径小,导致喷雾降尘控尘效果差、降尘效率低。以胶带运输巷为研究对象,通过现场实测和数值模拟,得到胶带运输粉尘污染扩散特征。胶带运输粉尘粒径集中分布于20~30μm,胶带煤流两侧为重点扩散位置,且在起尘15 s后,巷道断面扩散区域达到最大。基于胶带运输粉尘粒径特征,通过计算选择3种压力喷嘴类型,在模拟巷道进行喷雾降尘实验。实验结果表明,在2 MPa水压条件下,切向孔型喷嘴降尘效率80.8%,因而作为喷嘴首选。基于胶带运输粉尘扩散运移特征,设计短距离型和长距离型2种喷嘴布置方案,现场测试表明,2种喷雾布置方式的降尘效率均达到80%以上,有效降低了胶带运输粉尘浓度。The high dust raising rate and small dust particle size of coal mine belt transportation result in poor dust control effect and low dust reduction efficiency of spray.Taking the belt transportation roadway as the research object,the diffusion characteristics of dust pollution were obtained through on-site measurement and numerical simulation.The dust particle size was concentrated in the range of 20-30μm.The coal flow on both sides of the belt was the key diffusion location,and after 15 s of dust generation,the diffusion area of the section reached its maximum.Based on the characteristics of dust particle size,three types of pressure nozzles were selected through calculation,and spray dust reduction experiments were conducted in a simulated experimental roadway.The experiment results show that under a water pressure of 2 MPa,the tangential orifice nozzle has a dust reduction efficiency of 80.8%,making it the preferred nozzle.Based on the characteristics of dust diffusion and transport,two nozzle layout schemes for short distance and long distance were designed.The field test showed that the dust reduction efficiency of the two spray arrangements was more than 80%,effectively reducing the belt transport dust concentration.
