高温气冷堆石墨粉尘管道超声去污技术研究

摘  要:高温气冷堆中燃料球磨损所产生的石墨粉尘堆积,会对反应堆的安全运行及检修人员的安全造成危害,需要通过有效方式进行粉尘去除。利用设计的可移动式在线管道超声去污装置进行石墨粉尘去除试验,验证了装置对石墨粉尘的去除能力,并探究了超声功率、时长、管长、管径等不同条件对石墨粉尘去除效果的影响。研究结果表明,在管道上使用该装置后,管道内沉积的石墨粉尘可以被有效去除,去污率可达90%以上。采用管道超声去污技术,可以有效解决高温气冷堆中由石墨粉尘沉积而引起的热点去污问题。The accumulation of graphite dust caused by the abrasion of fuel ball in high temperature gas cooled reactor will cause harm to the safe operation of the reactor and the personal safety of the maintenance personnel,so it is necessary to remove the dust by an effective method.The graphite dust removal test was carried out with the designed mobile online pipeline ultrasonic decontamination device,and the removal ability of the device was verified.The effect of ultrasonic power,duration,tube length and diameter on the removal of graphite dust was investigated.The results show that the graphite dust deposited inside the pipeline can be effectively removed after using the device on the pipeline,and the decontamination rate can reach over 90%.The use of pipeline ultrasonic decontamination technology can effectively solve the hot spot decontamination problem caused by graphite dust deposition in high-temperature gas cooled reactors.
