摘 要:智能化矿山建设是煤矿发展的必然趋势,为提高瓦斯含量预测的效率及决策的科学性,以察哈素煤矿智能化建设为研究背景,基于矿井动态三维瓦斯地质模型进行瓦斯地质信息的提取与分析,建立工作面三维环境下瓦斯预测系统。研究表明,31301工作面通过瓦斯含量信息并利用聚类分析进行自动分类,可划分为3个瓦斯地质单元;瓦斯预测系统设计基于工作面瓦斯涌出量进行瓦斯含量反演,根据瓦斯含量进行分布预测,并进行瓦斯动态精准补偿与新测点的瓦斯含量预测;智能化系统与矿井瓦斯监控系统可互通互联调用相关信息,及时更新、修正预测模型,并更新预报数据,实现瓦斯地质预测自动化。The construction of intelligent mines is an inevitable trend in the development of coal mines,in order to improve the efficiency of gas content prediction and the scientificity of decision-making,taking the intelligent construction of Chahasu Coal Mine as the research background,gas geological information was extracted and analyzed based on the dynamic three-dimensional gas geological model of the mine,and a gas prediction system in the three-dimensional environment of the working face was established.The research shows that the No.31301 working face can be automatically classified into three gas geological units through gas content information and cluster analysis;the system design was based on the gas emission rate of the working face for gas content inversion,predicting the distribution of gas content based on it,and performing dynamic and accurate compensation for gas and predicting the gas content of new measurement points;the system and the mine gas monitoring system can communicate and call relevant information,update and correct prediction models in a timely manner,and update forecast data to achieve automation of gas geological prediction.
