摘 要:油田含聚废水含有大量的聚合物,水质发黑、乳化程度高、悬浮物高、油含量高,处理难度极大。气浮+过滤、生化+过滤等常规处理工艺对这种采出液中聚合物的降解、去除效率有限,处理后无法达到油田回注水标准。采用脱色—破胶—絮凝处理技术,设计制造一套撬装式一体化设备,研究各种参数对含聚废水处理效率的影响,解决了含聚废水水体发黑、不易沉降、难处理等问题,聚合物去除率高达97.9%,油含量、悬浮物含量均小于30 mg/L,实现了含聚废水的有效处理,出水水质达到油田回注要求。Oilfield polymer-containing wastewater contains a large amount of polymers,with black water quality,high degree of emulsification,high suspended solids,and high oil content,making treatment extremely difficult.Conventional treatment processes such as air flotation+filtration and biochemistry+filtration have limited degradation and removal efficiency of polymers in this produced fluid,and cannot meet the standards for oilfield reinjection water after treatment.Using the decolorization—rubber breaking—flocculation treatment technology,a set of pry-mounted integrated equipment was designed and manufactured to study the influence of various parameters on the treatment efficiency of polymer-containing wastewater.The problems of blackening,difficult settling,and difficult treatment of polymer-containing wastewater were solved.The polymer removal rate reached 97.9%,and the oil content and suspended solids content were both less than 30 mg/L.The effective treatment of polymer-containing wastewater was achieved,and the effluent quality met the requirements of oilfield reinjection.
