摘  要:风能在电力系统中的迅速扩展带来了发电波动性和平衡电网稳定性方面的挑战。传统的储能分配方法由于风能的随机性,难以达到最佳性能。为应对这一问题,提出了一种基于差分算子的乌鸦搜索算法,进行风电储能系统分配优化。该方法通过改进乌鸦搜索算法,增强了其在处理复杂优化问题中的全局搜索能力和收敛速度。实验结果表明,该优化方法在多个测试场景中均表现出优异的性能,其最大功率损耗仅为80 kW左右,显著提高了风电储能系统的效率和稳定性。与现有方法相比,本研究提出的方法在处理大规模风电储能系统分配问题时具有更高的精度和更快的计算速度。该研究的创新之处在于引入了改进的算法,为风电储能系统的优化分配提供了更为高效的解决方案,对提升电力系统的稳定性和可持续性具有重要指导意义。The rapid expansion of wind energy in the power system has brought challenges in terms of power generation volatility and balancing grid stability.Traditional energy storage allocation methods are difficult to achieve optimal performance due to the randomness of wind energy.To address this issue,this study proposed a crow search algorithm based on differential operators for optimizing the allocation of wind power energy storage systems.This method enhanced its global search capability and convergence speed in handling complex optimization problems by improving the crow search algorithm.The experimental results show that the optimization method exhibits excellent performance in multiple testing scenarios,with a maximum power loss of only about 80 kW,significantly improving the efficiency and stability of wind power energy storage systems.Compared with existing methods,the method proposed in this study has higher accuracy and faster computational speed in dealing with the allocation problem of large-scale wind power energy storage systems.The innovation of this study lies in the introduction of improved algorithms,providing a more efficient solution for optimizing the allocation of wind power energy storage systems,which has important guiding significance for improving the stability and sustainability of the power system.
