摘 要:针对高比例的分布式新能源接入电力系统后导致系统惯量下降、一次调频能力不足的问题,提出一种基于CNN-LSTM和物元可拓法的分布式新能源一次调频能力评估的方法。首先,以分布式光伏为例,利用CNN-LSTM模型对分布式光伏的有功出力进行预测,提取关键指标数据;接着,通过层次分析法对关键指标进行赋权,并运用物元可拓法对参与一次调频的分布式光伏进行量化评估;最后,仿真分析基于实际数据验证了该方法的有效性。结果显示,该方法能准确评估分布式光伏的调频能力,对实际工程具有重要参考意义。In view of the decrease of system inertia and the lack of primary frequency regulation capability caused by the high proportion of distributed new energy access to the power system,a method for evaluating the primary frequency regulation ability of distributed new energy based on CNN-LSTM and matter-element extension method was proposed.Firstly,the CNN-LSTM model was used to predict the active power output of distributed photovoltaic and extract the key index data.Then,the key indicators were weighted by analytic hierarchy process,and the matter-element extension method was used to quantitatively evaluate the distributed photovoltaics participating in primary frequency regulation.Finally,simulation analysis verified the effectiveness of the method based on actual data,and the results showed that the method can accurately evaluate the frequency regulation capability of distributed photovoltaics,which has important reference significance for practical engineering.
