摘 要:在选煤工业领域,高效、精准的选煤生产过程高度依赖于大型机械设备及其严格遵循的工艺流程。然而,当前针对选煤设备生产异常状况的管理方式,主要依赖于传统的定点维修模式与事后基于选煤指标的评估,这种方法存在显著弊端,而基于设备状态监测的选煤设备健康管理系统,关键技术涵盖了设备状态监测、故障诊断与预警、设备维护优化、系统集成与数据管理等多个方面技术的综合应用,能够有效提高选煤设备的运行效率、降低维护成本、保障生产安全,为选煤企业的可持续发展提供有力保障。In the coal preparation industry,the efficient and precise coal preparation production process is highly dependent on large-scale mechanical equipment and the strictly followed technological process.However,the current management approach to abnormal production conditions of coal preparation equipment primarily relies on traditional fixed-point maintenance models and post-event evaluations based on coal preparation indicators,which has significant drawbacks.In contrast,the coal preparation equipment health management system based on equipment condition monitoring encompasses a comprehensive application of various technologies,including equipment condition monitoring,fault diagnosis and early warning,equipment maintenance optimization,system integration,and data management.This system can effectively improve the operational efficiency of coal preparation equipment,reduce maintenance costs,ensure production safety,and provide a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of coal preparation enterprises.
