大埋深软岩巷道全断面锚注支护技术实践

摘  要:开滦集团东欢坨矿-950m水平石门的埋深超过900m,掘进后巷道变形严重,维修周期短,维护成本高。对该区域地应力进行测试,并对顶板岩层的成分进行了分析。结果表明,该区域最大主应力为35.28MPa,接近水平方向,中间主应力为27.15MPa,接近垂直方向。顶板砂质泥岩中黏土矿物占比为64.9%,蒙脱石在黏土矿物中的占比达81%,吸水性强,且软化膨胀。地应力高及黏土矿物占比高是造成巷道大变形的主要原因。分析了巷道的变形过程,提出了非连续双壳支护结构,分析了其作用机理,制定了高强高预紧力锚杆+注浆锚索+高强锚索+喷射混凝土的全断面协同控制方案。现场应用表明,巷道剧烈变形持续12d,顶板下沉量44.5mm,底鼓量23.9mm,可为深部软岩巷道支护提供参考。The buried depth of-950 m horizontal stone gate in Donghuantuo Mine of Kailuan Group is more than 900 m.After excavation,the roadway deformation is serious,the maintenance period is short and the cost is high.The stress in this area was tested and the composition of the roof strata was analyzed.The results show that the maximum principal stress in this area is 35.28 MPa,which is close to the horizontal direction,and the intermediate principal stress is 27.15 MPa,which is close to the vertical direction.The proportion of clay minerals in the sandy mudstone of the roof is 64.9%,and the proportion of montmorillonite in the clay minerals is 81%.It has strong water absorption and softening expansion.High ground stress and high proportion of clay minerals are the main causes of large deformation of roadway.The deformation process of the roadway was analyzed,and the discontinuous double-shell supporting structure was proposed.The mechanism of action was analyzed.The full-section collaborative control scheme of high-strength and high-preload bolt+grouting anchor cable+high-strength anchor cable+shotcrete was formulated.The severe deformation of the roadway lasted for 12 days,the roof subsidence was 44.5 mm,and the floor heave was 23.9 mm,which could provide reference for the supporting of deep soft rock roadway.
