摘 要:为解决回采工作面出现的端头悬顶等问题,保障矿井生产安全。根据和善煤矿9102工作面现场条件,通过理论分析、数值模拟等方法,分析工作面端头顶板悬顶成因机理及受力特征,探究不同切顶方式和位置对悬顶面积影响,提出最佳切顶方案,沿巷道垂直及平行于工作面推进方向切顶,对直接顶提前进行爆破预裂。通过工业性试验,端头悬顶区域切顶后,悬顶面积减少至15m^(2)以下,避免了顶板瞬时垮落危险,取得了良好的应用效果,对同类矿井具有指导意义。To solve the problems of suspended roof at the end in the mining face and ensure the safety of mine production.According to the on-site conditions of the No.9102 working face in Heshan Coal Mine,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other methods were used to analyze the mechanism and force characteristics of the suspended roof at the end of the working face.The influence of different roof cutting methods and positions on the suspended roof area was explored,and the optimal roof cutting plan was proposed,cutting the roof along the direction perpendicular to and parallel to the advancing direction of the working face along the roadway,and blasting pre cracking was carried out in advance for the direct roof.Through industrial experiments,it was found that after roof cutting at the end suspended roof area,the suspended roof area decreased to below 15 m^(2),avoiding the risk of instantaneous roof collapse and achieving good application results,which has guiding significance for similar mines.
